The dietary specialties cake mixes are by far the best tasting gluten free mixes I have ever tried and we have tried them all. It comes closest to gluten mixes. Its texture is moist and perfect for birthday cakes and cupcakes. This has been a great subsitute for cakes in my family. My 4 other children that are not on a gluten free diet very much enjoy the cakes and cupcakes that I serve the one child that is. I have never had them turn there nose up to this mix, the chocolate, the brownie or the pancakes!! The white cake has also been the one I can send in to school and most children of the 2-10 year age group can not tell the difference. Perfect! Have always love these...Just wish I could buy them in the store in a pinch!
